A bit about Jane...
I have done yoga for as long as I can remember. Having experienced the benefits for myself on so many levels, becoming a yoga teacher, was a natural progression for me. I consider myself a lifelong student - come along to a class with me and we can explore yoga together! Classes blend modern postural yoga, with breath and guided awareness. I’m fascinated by the rich philosophical traditions of yoga so may add in some of that too. Expect to leave the class feeling relaxed and energised, a bit more like yourself.
YTT 200 hours Soul Ascension School
YTT 500 hours Vajrasati yoga
My background is in nursing so I’m very interested in making sure that yoga suits all bodies and will offer adaptions as far as possible. This may also be in the form of using ‘props’ such as cushions yoga blocks or chairs, anything to make the class work better for each individual, so you can benefit more from your own practice.
I am also a qualified hypnotherapist with a grounding in NLP and coaching, trained in advanced communication skills.  I have lots of experience  in leading group sessions, in which I really enjoy empowering  others to develop resilience and tools for managing everyday life.
