I have loved yoga since I was a teen, and am passionate about its benefits for the body, mind and spirit. So a few years ago I decided to train as a children and young persons yoga teacher...and I love it!!

Working with the youth is so rewarding and such fun. Yoga is a fantastic way to empower them to stay strong and flexible, to respect their bodies and to learn how to make their own way in the world. Many of the children I teach have been with me for a while which is so lovely.
Maybe you fancy doing yoga and mindfulness with your child in the comfort of your own home? I can come to you and deliver tailor made, fun sessions to aid bonding and learning ways to manage stresses and worries or just to relax together.

Teen yoga 
6.30-7.30 pm term times only, get in touch to book a place. Classes are £7 block booked
This is a lovely class, lots of positive affirmations, learning some self care, using yoga and meditation. No experience necessary

Do you have space for yoga in your school? Get in touch to discuss your needs, I’m available to deliver well-being days, which are a fun way to introduce yoga to year groups using a themed approach such as ‘taking care of ourselves’. I’m also happy to deliver classes in schools, either in the school day or as an after school club
